RETURN POLICY: All Things CDR guarantees the product you receive to be free from defects. Should you receive product that does not perform as advertized, you may request an RMA and instructions for the return will be provided. All Things CDR reserves the option of issuing a credit to your account or replacing the product. All product is warranted for at least one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. The customer is responsible for ordering the proper format for media. There is a chart that will give you the correct format – this is especially critical for DVDR discs. Product that was damaged in shipping should be refused if the damage is obvious. We will then be notified and replacement product will be shipped. |
